On the 21st of November 2022 the Vonage Video API Help Center (https://video-api.support.vonage.com/hc/en-us) is being merged/relocated to the main Vonage API Help Center (https://api.support.vonage.com/hc/en-us).
The purpose of the move is so that our API customers can find help and support articles in one place, rather than having to search two Help Centers.
On the 21st of November the Video API articles will be moved to the API Help Center, so from that point please use API Help Center - https://api.support.vonage.com/hc/en-us.
You will be able to find all existing and new Video API articles in two new sections:
- Video API - General (containing also Video API Announcements)
- Video API - Features
Customers who currently log in to the Video API Help Center to raise tickets should also start using the API Help Center to login and raise tickets. Your existing login details will automatically work on the API Help Center. You can log tickets here - https://api.support.vonage.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Please note that your ongoing tickets and ticket history will not be transferred to the API Help Center. Therefore if you wish to keep these records please make a copy. Vonage will automatically keep these records and will be able to email you previous tickets should you need them, please submit a request on the API Center if you require this.
On the 10th of January 2023 the Video API Help Center will be completely discontinued. The web page URL will automatically redirect to the API Help Center at that point and you will lose access to the login portal and video ticket history.
Our apologies for any inconvenience caused by this move but we do hope that the benefits of having all the help information in one place outweigh the disruption. Our advice is to start using the API Help Center from the 21st of November - https://api.support.vonage.com/hc/en-us.
