Is it possible to add/remove RTMP output targets mid-stream?

Answer

We will not be able to add or remove RTMP output targets mid-stream. If you want to add or delete the RTMP stream, you must stop and start the broadcast with the required changes. 

To test further, you can use the Playground tool.
