Procedure

If you are a self-service user on our Standard Plan, you can email our compliance team vis-compliance@vonage.com who will guide you through the process to obtain the report.

If you are a user with a managed account with a contracted plan, contact your account manager.

Additional Information

Customers will be required to sign an NDA to obtain the report.
