Symptom

The Vonage Video API Client build DLLs (opentok.dll and MFCapturer.dll) are not being added to the ClickOnce project. The NuGet package does not copy them as dependencies for OpenTokNET.dll.

Resolution

Manually copying the DLLs to the output directory will fix the issue. Both the x86 and x64 versions of the DLLs should be copied.
